In 1991 I bought a condo and within a few years I was living here 365 days a year. Today, Arizona is a year around destination with lots of things to see and do. The valley is a place with great restaurants, terrific golf and a haven for many sporting events. Times have really changed. I choose Arizona because the sun shines everyday of the year. Having been in Real Estate and Management for most of my life (20 years in Real Estate), I really enjoy working with people and the challenges that all brings.

When I first moved here I set up a team in the lending & escrow business that would work well together. Having moved from Canada I quickly discovered the vast difference in the way property is conveyed and the way people do business in general. I also understood the importance of that right combination of people working together to achieve a common goal.
